What’s your secret skill?
I collect skulls! It wasn’t intentional but I think it has something to do with my birthday being on Halloween! I have skull jewelry, glasses, planters, key chains but my favorite is a rhinestone belt buckle and the most unique is a tequila bottle.
If you were a laminate, which would you be, and why?
I would be a diamond pattern, because, you know, a girl’s best friend.
If you were an animal, which would you be, and why?
I would be a grizzly bear, residing in Yellowstone National Park (because my daughter works there). A steady diet of trout and veggies, sleeping through the coldest months, and roaming around the park for the remainder of the year sounds pretty good!
What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever done?
I climbed to the top of Devil’s Tower (i.e. Close Encounters of the Third Kind). It took five hours to summit the 800-foot tower and another 2 hours to repel down. Once on the ground, at least 10 people stopped me to ask, “What’s on top?” My answer: “you must see for yourself!”
What do you like to make?
I really like to paint murals. I have access to a large climbing gym as well as a home gym that provides the perfect canvas for creating imaginative art.
